I would like to convert a 2 car garage into a living room. This would include removing the garage door and adding a window and siding. Also, we would like to add a shower to the existing 1/2 bathroom. (we would need to extend the bathroom into the garage area by 4 feet to make room for the stand up shower)

We own an old home (1942) near downtown / heights area, around 1110 sq. ft. We have plenty of room on our lot to add a master suite in the place of our second driveway, we would also like to add on the utility to have it inside the home instead of out in the garage. I have plans drawn up but need blueprints done, I am an interior designer so I have a pretty good idea of what I want but am definitely open to idea's / changes. We are excited about making this addition to our home sometime in the next year, we'll have to before we have a second child. I am selling my house. I need to replace my whirlpool tub in my master bath. It is a corner whirlpool tub that is 60 inches by 60 inches. It is 18.5 inches tall. I have seen a nearly identical tub at Lowes (but it is 22 inches tall). Please provide an estimate for replacing my tub or installing the tub from Lowes.

We have an existing garage that was an office. Had some mold damage and need new drywall for the intire 20 x 20 space. Some of the wood framing will also need to be replaced. Looking for a licensed and insured contractor to complete with new flooring as well. Recap: Gut 20 x 20 space, replace a small amout of the damaged framing, drywall, paint and install flooring yet to be determined. Thank you,

Replace garden tub and sink-vanity with walk-in shower, 200 s.f. Travertine and 24 s.f. glass block. Water tower fixture. Replace old vanity with pedistal sink. Old Stand up shower needs to be demoed as well as garden tub and existing 32 s.f. of floor tile.
